Name the store photos 'StoreName_YYYYMM_1', 'StoreName_YYYYMM_2' etc:
Note: Uploaded photos should be saved at 1MB max. Larger versions are useful for reference when keying in the audit details.
From the 'What would you like to do?' menu select 'Upload documents':
- Update the date and time to be when the photos were taken.
- Choose the applicable Google Drive Folder e.g. 'TurnLink Retail Audit Photos/2022_08'.
- Drag and drop all photos.
- Comment = TurnTree Solutions AuditMyStores (BOLD)
- Additional audit comments can be added below e.g. MaraNatha PB&J Lunch Box Pick Sale End Cap. Additional $2.00 NCG co-op deals shelf coupon available on any Almond or Peanut Butter SKU.
- Click 'Save':
From the 'What would you like to do?' menu select 'Perform an audit':
***Date, time, comment, and any additional audit comments will be the same as the Documents above.
For all SKUs enter:
- Retail Price
- Promo Qty/Price (e.g. 2 for $12)
- Faces (number of facings on shelf)
- OOS checkbox if applicable
- Missing Tag checkbox if applicable
- Line Item Comment
- Shelf: Top 3
- Shelf: Bottom 3
- Shelf: Middle
- End Cap: Top 3
- End Cap: Bottom 3
- End Cap: Middle
- Shelf: Top 3, End Cap: Middle
- Shelf: Bottom 3, End Cap: Middle
Additional line
item comments can be appended as needed, but all should start with the
standardized Shelf and End Cap (if applicable) options listed above.
In this example the SKUs are on a middle shelf and also on an end cap middle:
- Retail Price = 7.19
- Promo Qty/Price = 1 for 5.99
- Faces= 2
- OOS= NA
- Missing Tag = NA
- Line Item Comment =Shelf: Middle, End Cap: Middle, Additional $2.00 NCG Shelf Coupon
Click 'Add & Continue' to save a draft of your progress. Click 'Complete' when done:
