Error Handling - UserVoice Ticket was not returned!

When receiving client reports you will occasionally see the following error message: 


 
When this occurs, before handing any missing companies or codes, login to the UserVoice ticketing system and locate the ticket within the 'Import:Pending' folder, or 'Imports:SG' folder when the 'For Sage' checkbox was checked. It should be the 1st ticket in the list as it was just created. 

Find and copy the Ticket #: 



Paste it into the text box and click 'Update':



You may now proceed with any needed missing companies or codes.
