3rd Party Report Import Services

Our 3rd party report import services allow you to send us your sales and audit reports in their native format for upload. The reports are uniformly imported so you can easily report on and analyze them in a variety of fashions and take action on your specific objectives! This will greatly help you in having a complete picture of the marketplace, and keep your MapMyStores locator up-to-date with all of your current customers!

The import tools include having us scrub all customer data so that the records created are verified, chains are consistently named & formatted, and buying clubs, samples, & other unique rows can be identified and handled to your specifications.

These tools are sold à la carte. The following is our lowest tiered pricing. We will confirm your pricing tier after reviewing your data.

One-time $100 setup fee.

Ongoing import fees:

  • Weekly reports are $15/week (billed as $60/month)
  • Monthly reports are $25/month
  • Quarterly reports are $60/quarter (billed as $20/month)
  • Semi-annual reports are $60/semi-annual (billed as $10/month)

Please note:

  • The initial one time $100 setup fee for imports is based on 0-50 SKUs. Every additional 50 SKUs are $25.
  • The monthly import fee of $25/month is based on a file with less than 10,000 rows. Every additional 5,000 rows in a file are $10/month.
  • The monthly import fee includes looking up to 100 new locations within each file.  We will cross reference our internal database of stores first in an attempt to find the locations based on what we determine is the locations unique identifier. Any locations that we aren’t able to find in our database or exceed the included 100 locations we will look up and verify for you.  Once a location has been confirmed it will never need to be looked up again. The price range for this look up service ranges between  $.15 -$.50 per location based on the quality of data that is in the file to help us find the location.  
  • We can import historical data up to two years based on the rates listed above.
